This gorgeous no-bake dessert will earn you lots of "oohs" and "aahs" when you show it to your guests, and even more "Mmms" once they taste it! All you need is one ready-made Pandoro cake to create one of the most beautiful and best tasting desserts you'll ever eat.
1 Asti Spumante Zabaglione with Whipped Cream recipe
1 Pandoro cake
Candied cherries, for garnish
Fresh mint leaves or Pastiglie Leone candies, for garnish
Confectioners' sugar
Slice the pandoro horizontally into 5 slices.

Put the largest slice onto a serving platter and spread with some of the Asti Spumante zabaglione.

Top with the next largest slice, placed at an angle so the points of the star tips don't overlap. Spread with the zabaglione and repeat. Put a dollop of the remaining zabaglione top.

Decorate the points with candied cherries and mint leaves or candies. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
