 This small artisanal Sicilian bakery selects only the finest natural local ingredients grown on the sunny soil of Sicily including the island's famed Bronte pistachios, Avola almonds, and the Riviera dei Ciclopi's oranges and lemons.
Falanga has created a wide range of exquisite cookies using ancient traditional recipes from eastern Sicily. Owner Luigi Falanga follows his baker grandfather's dictum, "You should only bake with a soul that is happy and full of love."
